Kill City: Lower East Side Squatters 1992–2000 has received extensive international press coverage across major newspapers, art and photography journals, fashion and culture magazines, academic publications, and broadcast media.

While reception has largely framed the work as intimate documentary and cultural history, its postmodern, genre-disruptive position within photographic practice has yet to be fully addressed in institutional scholarship.
